What is a valid proof of purchase?
To initiate your warranty claim a valid proof of purchase is required. A valid proof of purchase is defined as one of the following:
· A dated sales receipt from ThundeRobot. The receipt must show the purchase date, product description and price.
· An order number from the ThundeRobot official store on Amazon, Shopee and AliExpress.
*ThundeRobot reserves the right to take any action to protect itself against all forms of suspicious claims, including, without limitation, requiring further verification of identity and details of claimant and qualifying purchases as well as debarment of claim.
What does my warranty cover and how long does it last?
Your warranty will only cover manufacturing defects. It does not cover regular wear and tear, including but not limited to: Breakage due to abuse, cosmetic damage, dents and chips, improper usage, water damage, or other causes attributable to events outside the manufacturing process.
Warranty is non-transferable. It is only valid to the first-party in the country of original purchase. If the product was purchased from a third-party ThundeRobot reseller, please refer to the regional distributor for warranty services.All products are covered by local warranty regulations.
